Exercise should never be complicated. All the techniques I use are variations of exercises you probably did back in gym class. ALL of my workouts can be accomplished on your own time and at your own pace.

The Lean Body Guide is a 12 week program filled with over 40 pages of workouts & nutrition tips. The concept is simple. You set your timer for five minutes, complete a set of five workout moves as many times as you can within that time. Then move onto the next set of workout moves and reset your clock.
